NOTICE TO AVIATION ENGINEERING CONSULTANTS

Town of Wheatland (Owner) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications and Experience from

consulting firms to provide professional aviation engineering services for the Phifer Airfield

(Airport). The Owner will be entering into an agreement for airport engineering services for a

period of five (5) years. Airport engineering type projects that may occur during this selection

periods include, but are not limited to design, bid and construction inspection services for airfield

and landside improvements.

A complete copy of the Request for Statements of Qualifications and Experience (Request),

containing a list of all anticipated projects and complete Request requirements, may be obtained

from Tabitha Enniss, at 600 9th Street, Wheatland, WY 82201.Consultants shall not include fee or

cost information when responding to this Request. DBE firms are encouraged to apply. All

Statements of Qualifications and Experience received will be evaluated based on FAA Advisory

Circular 150/5100-14E, and on compliance with the Request.

The Consultant must supply all information required by the Request. The Owner reserves the

right to waive any informalities and minor irregularities in the submittals and to select the

Consultant deemed, in the opinion of the Owner, to be in the best interest of the Owner and the

Airport. Interested consultants are to submit complete copies of their Statements of

Qualifications and Experience by 4:00 PM Local Time on Friday, August 28th, 2026, to the following
